Stradyn treats all subscriber information, usage data, and engagement details as strictly confidential. We do not sell, share, or license subscriber data to any third party under any circumstances.
Intelligence output confidentiality
All Stradyn intelligence outputs — Signal Briefs, Intelligence Notes, Horizon Reports, and Advisory Dispatches — are the proprietary intellectual property of Stradyn. Redistribution, reproduction, or resale of intelligence outputs without written consent is prohibited under the terms of access.
Subscriber data
- Subscriber organization and contact information is held in confidence
- Usage and access data is used solely to improve the platform
- No subscriber data is shared with third parties or advertisers
- Subscriber lists are never disclosed publicly or to other subscribers
Terms of
Intelligence Access.
Access to Stradyn intelligence products is provided under a monthly or annual subscription agreement. The following terms govern all subscriber access.
Permitted use
- Internal use by subscriber organization and named user seats
- Reference and citation in internal reports and board materials
- Briefing of internal stakeholders using Stradyn intelligence
Prohibited use
- Redistribution, resale, or licensing to third parties
- Public publication or media citation without written consent
- Use in products or services competitive with Stradyn
Subscription terms
All subscriptions are monthly, cancellable at the end of any billing period. Annual subscriptions are available at a 10% discount. Enterprise Advisory engagements are governed by a separate service agreement.

Stradyn Intelligence Platform is built on enterprise-grade security infrastructure with the following standards:
- 256-bit TLS encryption for all data in transit
- AES-256 encryption for all data at rest
- SOC 2 Type II compliant infrastructure
- Multi-factor authentication required for all portal access
- SSO integration available for Enterprise Advisory subscribers
- Regular third-party penetration testing
- Zero data sharing with third-party advertising or analytics platforms
